feeling lost

I think everyone goes through a time in there lives where things are not good, wether it's friends, family, body, medical, relationship anything and it is easy to loose yourself and end up in a bad place. I'm not going to list all my problems because that is personal, but i will just say this.

I personally think that friends are so important and is something that everyone needs, i have a group of friends which i love but that doesn't mean everything is perfect. A big issue i've been faced with is trust. When you get hurt and you've been hurt by people a lot you discover that it becomes rather hard to trust people, especially those people you thought would never break your trust. What i've learnt from this is that you should keep some things to yourself, usually when there is a drama at school i'll tell someone in my group but that isn't always the best thing to do, try talk to someone who isn't at your school, talking to someone is important. Drama is something a lot of people love and some people like to create it or be involved in it, try not to surround or get too close to people like this. People that create drama and try keep it going are bad for you and especially when they drag others in, also be careful of the friends which are in-between, going back and forth. I have been thinking lately and been working out who i can trust and i have come to 5 beautiful friends, these people i know i can tell anything and they would never say anything i didn't want them to say. I believe it is important to surround yourself with people who make you feel happy, people who make you laugh so much your stomach hurts, people who make you feel like you're important, people that remember little things about you, people who compliment you, people who support you, people who are there, people who you know will always be there and hurting you or making you feel insecure is the last thing they'd ever want to do.

"sometimes you meet someone and you just click, you're comfortable with them and you don't have to become anyone or anything"
